Sheet Metal Fabrication
We operate CNC turret presses for precision sheet metal first-processing. From the turret presses, products proceed to second-processing stages where they are welded, mechanically fastened, painted, assembled and packaged for final delivery.
Punch Press
We operate a variety of punch presses with ratings from 30 tons to 270 tons. Presses are strategically placed inside of manufacturing cells or adjacent to them.
Press Brake
Our press brakes handle material up to 8" in width, applying pressures up to 80 tons.
Deep Draw
We are able to draw materials up to .125” in thickness to depths up to 6". We routinely work with brass, bronze, stainless steel and cold rolled steel materials.
Tubular Fabrication
We craft a variety of products from brass, bronze, aluminum, and stainless steel tubing, with a particular strength in the manufacture of levers for door handles and security applications. We routinely fabricate commercial products up to 1” diameter and have a complete suite of finishing services including flaring, bending and machining.
Value Added Assembly
We are capable of final assembly and product kitting in our customers’ own packaging. We can also ship directly to our customers’ respective warehouses and independent distributors.
Other Capabilities
We offer a full suite of finishing capabilities, including both MIG and TIG welding, spot welding, grinding, tapping, drilling, sanding and buffing. Our operations are able to hold tight tolerances while yielding polished, satin and matte surfaces meeting the most exacting appearance standards.
